Melissa has enjoyed 15+ years of project and event management, all whilst undertaking studies in the fields of Photography and Interior Design. As the Design and Joinery evolved, so too has Mel's contribution. She is passionate about designing custom joinery that brings your vision to life. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of joinery design, she work's closely with clients to create beautiful and functional spaces.

Michael has a long spanning career of 20+ years in the cabinetry industry. With a love for detail and a desire to create more refined and technical projects, his passion for design and joinery came full circle, thus sharing his talent with the world in 2020 under the guise of The Design and Joinery co.
